What? That's quite ordinary Lotus Etta. Its a bastard son (ie. a bit failed special model), produced in small numbers for French market together with Lotus. It is in its very original condition - whaletail wannabe, Incas with missing left from hubcap and that thing around front lights, however its called.

Oh yes really ?!? For the french market ? Never heard talking about it before and never seen .
The "tail" is ugly , the front lights are cool but I thought that those US versions weren't homologued in France .Bizarre , bizarre _________________

Hmmm.. very... original... The "whaletail" was quite ugly in my eyes.. the front seems to be modified USA-version? _________________ 3 x 900 Aero 16v

As Cyber says, produced in small numbers ... I think very small numbers, like only one?
The tail is odd - it almost looks like it might open up. The badging is plainly a home made customisation - maybe it has something to do with Lotus under the hood, maybe a chargecooler (or something like that) which the owner felt proud enough of to pop Lotus badged on. I don't know what an etta is - perhaps the owner's name? It looks like a cut-down "Jetta" badge from a VW.
I would like to look under the hood ... maybe someone on FdSSC might know who owns the car?
Great pictures 'hunter
Keep your eyes peeled, guys |

I wonder where does that tail come from ? It seems to be at the right dimensions of the 900 . A genuine SAAB accessory ? _________________
