Hi
my name is Golfhunter (no it's not true , it's just a pseudo Very Happy ) and I already participate to several Saab forum .
First of all Saab Sport Club in France because I'm french .
But also Esprit Saab in France aswell .
And Saabelgique in Belgium and Saab Central which you might know .
I own for the 3 Saabs : Saab 95V4 1969 , Saab 99gl CC 1977, and a Saab 900T16 M1989 .
And I will get a Saab 99 Turbo 1980 in a few weeks .
I really enjoy to be here and hope we'll have a good time together !
I also hope we'll meet one day even if we don't live in the same area .
Cheers !!

Hi and welcome! The paint job on your C900 is really innovative! Nice Cool

Things are a little slow around here at the moment. I am sitting on a stack of updates to make ... maybe this weekend, I'll get around to it. Things start to hot up once we have some new material, or are on the trail of a potential new special edition.

Stick around ... enjoy Wink

While the focus of the forum is geared towards the classic SAAB 900, I really do hope it expands into a more general SAAB area ... much like 900 Aero has, attracting like-minded people together.

I, too, am a member of FdSSC - although I am certainly not French, but almost certainly descend from French ancestry. Which reminds me ... I have not posted there for a while. I do read the posts now and again Wink

I really like that 95. No ... I really like that 95 Cool I think of all the SAAB models, historically, I like the late model 96 the best, but think I'd more readily buy a 95 wagon. There's something so very je ne sais quos about that car.

Yes the same for me .I've not seen at first this forum was dedicated to the 900 but I thought about Saab in general .
But I discovered Saab through my 900 which has ben my first Saab .
And I fell in love .

I don't think so ... I'm from Bradford, UK although I am signed up to all manner of forums as 'Orca'. I'm a member of STCS, STCN, the mighty saabnet.ee, saabforum.nl, 900 Aero, UKSAABs, SAAB Central, SAAB Scene, SAABKlub Danmark, SAABy.info, saabclubespana, FdSSC and read many others. I am the original author and maintainer of the SAAB 900 Special Editions website and in the three years I have been maintaining that site have spoken to all manner of people about potential special classic 900s - you, included, about your two-tone C900, which I thought might be a post-facelift "Lux".

There is another chap from the UK who called his old 96 'Orca' ... he posts as Trollbooster on UKSAABs (and SAAB Central, I think). I think there must be another Orca on those Swedish forums ... can you post a link to some pictures? It sounds very interesting.
