Yes !
More informations from Franck , the happy owner who wrote me this week end :

"I have built it in the years 1997 - 2001, incuding official homologation.
It was first shown to the public serving my brother in law's wedding. Very
convenient for the bride to have four doors actually!

We are using it in summer as much as possible. Mainly open of course! It
can be closed, but that takes about 10 minutes together with my wife; even
15 with someone who does it for the first time with me. But even closed,
it looks pretty well I must say.

I did not put a rear window in the cover. Originally due to lack of time.
Now we are using it for over 7 years, we don't really miss it, so it will
probably stay like this.

In 2005, I have been asked by the club, to show the car on the
Interclassics fair in Maastricht. A nice experience, especially when you
know that my car received more public attention than the brand new
factory-convertible, also standing on the booth!

This year, we have used it to go to Sweden for holidays. Especially near
the Saab museum in Trollhättan it received special attention.

If I can find the time this winter, I will work on some original Arrow
wheels. They are in real bad shape now, but will look as new some day...

Another plan is, to find a four door airflow kit to complete the facelift.
"
