Done ... 48K or less and 120x120 or less.
I can extend this if you find that gargantuan size is not enough, or you want more than 120x120 Wink

You can use something like this: http://www.shrinkpictures.com/
... to resize your pictures. Select 'Custom' & 120 pixels and see what you get. Trust me ... 48K is huge! Shocked
